Le projet porte sur la réalisation d’un office notarial moderne et fonctionnel de 115 m², destiné à accueillir des notaires et leur équipe, dans la commune de Morcenx-la-Nouvelle, située dans les Landes. Ce bâtiment, pensé pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques d’un cabinet notarial tout en s’intégrant harmonieusement dans le tissu urbain local, vise à offrir un cadre de travail à la fois pratique, confortable et esthétique.

Le projet s’inscrit dans un environnement urbain en pleine transformation, à la fois proche des centres de vie tout en respectant le caractère calme et verdoyant de la région. L’objectif est de créer un espace adapté aux exigences professionnelles du notariat, offrant des espaces de travail fonctionnels, mais aussi accueillants pour les clients.

L’architecture de l’office notarial se veut contemporaine tout en prenant en compte les spécificités locales. Le bâtiment est conçu avec une approche durable, utilisant des matériaux locaux et respectueux de l’environnement. Les lignes épurées et les volumes simples favorisent une ambiance à la fois moderne et chaleureuse. L’usage de grandes baies vitrées permet d’apporter de la lumière naturelle, créant ainsi un environnement agréable et propice à la concentration.

Le bâtiment est composé d’une façade en acier laqué blanc, qui confère à l’ensemble une grande modernité. Les toitures sont mixtes, avec une combinaison de toitures à 2 pans et de toitures terrasses. Ces toitures, tout en s’imbriquant harmonieusement, servent de support à des panneaux solaires permettant au bâtiment de produire de l’électricité, répondant ainsi aux préoccupations énergétiques et environnementales du projet.

Le blanc de l’acier laqué est contrasté par les menuiseries en bois de ton chêne et les volets persiennés qui viennent fermer le bâtiment la nuit. Les volets en tôles d’acier, reprenant la même ondulation que le bardage, sécurisent et apportent de l’intimité ainsi que de l’ombre aux bureaux des notaires. Ces volets sont réalisés en tôle micro perforée, permettant de maintenir une vue sur le paysage tout en préservant l’intimité et la luminosité à l’intérieur.

L’intérieur de l’office notarial est organisé de manière rationnelle, avec des espaces de travail séparés pour les notaires et leurs collaborateurs. Le bâtiment comprend :

• Un espace d’accueil lumineux et convivial pour recevoir les clients,
• Des bureaux privés pour les notaires, ainsi que des espaces partagés pour les assistants,
• Une salle de réunion équipée pour les consultations et les signatures de documents,
• Des zones de stockage sécurisé pour les archives et documents sensibles.

L’intégration du projet dans son environnement local a conduit à l’utilisation de matériaux naturels, tels que le bois (le pin des Landes), en harmonie avec les paysages de la région. Une attention particulière a également été portée aux aspects énergétiques du bâtiment, en visant une performance thermique optimale grâce à une bonne isolation et des solutions de ventilation naturelle.

Le bâtiment est conçu pour répondre aux normes d’accessibilité, garantissant une circulation fluide et un accueil de qualité pour tous les usagers, y compris les personnes à mobilité réduite. Un espace de stationnement est également prévu à proximité, facilitant l’accès des clients et du personnel.

Ce projet d’office notarial à Morcenx-la-Nouvelle représente une réponse à la fois fonctionnelle et esthétique aux besoins de la profession, tout en respectant les principes du développement durable et de l’intégration harmonieuse dans le paysage local. The project involves the construction of a modern and functional 115 m² notary’s office, designed to house notaries and their team, in the town of Morcenx-la-Nouvelle, located in the Landes region. This building, conceived to meet the specific needs of a notary’s office while blending harmoniously into the local urban fabric, aims to offer a practical, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing working environment.
The project is situated in a rapidly changing urban environment, close to residential centers while respecting the region’s peaceful and green character. The aim is to create a space tailored to the professional requirements of a notary’s office, offering functional workspaces that are also welcoming to clients.
The notary’s office boasts a contemporary design that respects local characteristics. The building is designed with sustainability in mind, utilizing local and environmentally friendly materials. Clean lines and simple volumes create a modern yet welcoming atmosphere. Large windows flood the space with natural light, fostering a pleasant and conducive environment for concentration.
The building features a white lacquered steel facade, giving it a modern look. The roofs are a combination of pitched and flat roofs. These roofs, while fitting together harmoniously, support solar panels, enabling the building to generate electricity and thus addressing the project’s energy and environmental concerns.
The white lacquered steel contrasts with the oak-toned wood joinery and the louvered shutters that close the building at night. The steel sheet shutters, echoing the corrugation of the cladding, provide security, privacy, and shade for the notaries’ offices. Made of micro-perforated sheet metal, these shutters maintain a view of the surrounding landscape while preserving privacy and natural light inside.
The notary’s office is rationally organized, with separate workspaces for the notaries and their staff. The building includes:
. A bright and welcoming reception area for clients,
. Private offices for the notaries, as well as shared spaces for assistants,
. A fully equipped meeting room for consultations and document signing,
. Secure storage areas for archives and sensitive documents.
The project’s integration into its local environment led to the use of natural materials, such as wood (Landes pine), in harmony with the region’s landscapes. Particular attention was also paid to the building’s energy efficiency, aiming for optimal thermal performance through good insulation and natural ventilation solutions.
The building is designed to meet accessibility standards, ensuring smooth traffic flow and a high-quality experience for all users, including people with reduced mobility. A parking area is also provided nearby, facilitating access for customers and staff.

This notary’s office project in Morcenx-la-Nouvelle represents a functional and aesthetically pleasing response to the needs of the profession, while respecting the principles of sustainable development and harmonious integration into the local landscape.
